Quote and Question: Attitude Determines Altitude (+ one of my heroes)

“Attitude determines altitude.” – Anonymous

Can you give an example of attitude impacting results (positive or negative)?

If you have never seen Nick Vujicic in action, check him out, he’s one of my heroes:

Do you make room for “real time” or are you like this dad?

Here is a 39 second example of an unhealthy parent-child relationship with technology:

As part of our family’s technology contract with each other, we do not allow tablets (or phones) at the dinner table because

we prefer to truly be present with each other!

How does this video make you feel?

Do you allow electronics at the dinner table?

How do children feel when treated like this?

What makes us hold on to anger for so long when we know we should (must?) forgive?

2/3 of us are “suckers” (and what do to about it)

Do you recall my post about how your closest peer group impacts everything (including your New Year’s Resolutions)? I recently watched this video after reading my friend’s blog and the B.S. Guys claim 2/3 of us are “suckers“!

How might  we be the “polite dissenter” so that others can express their concerns?

Are we violating our values when we do not speak up in disagreement?
