You may not be ‘in love with your job’ and want to do something about it. What’s your best way out?
Answer – fall in love with your job.
The best way OUT of your job is to do the job you are currently IN to the best of your ability.
* It makes time go faster
* You gain new skills
* You may be recognized or even promoted within your current organization
You are not a tree. You can move. You can change.
Ironically, the best way to do that is to “grow where you are planted”.

One “power tip” I’ve recently adopted in my life is the idea of starting BEFORE I am ready. (read: take action regardless of how I ‘feel’).
I’ll always be able to justify delaying for (seemingly) legitimate reasons but, in the final analysis, it’s better to take imperfect action than delayed someday-it-will-be-good-enough action.
(Like this blog post, which I’ve been putting this off for too darn long.)
Think progress, not perfection.

Do you feel more or less alive when you act courageously?
