Don’t be afraid to give your best to what seemingly are small jobs, Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves. – Dale Carnegie
I believe I understand the point Mr. Carnegie was trying to make but my question for you is,
How do you balance “little jobs” and “BIG jobs”?
My mind jumps to balancing “details” and “VISION”.
The biggest mistake that you can make is to believe that you are working for somebody else. Job security is gone. The driving force of a career must come from the individual. Remember: Jobs are owned by the company, you own your career!
– Earl Nightingale
