The “411” on Joe & this blog

I wrote about why I started blogging in my first post and dedicated my second post to why a person would not want to read the blog.

This is my personal blog.

It is dedicated to helping busy teachers and parents thrive in the new world.  As a result, I write on personal development, leadership, technology, health, mindset, and values. On occasion, I write about stuff that doesn’t fit neatly into one of these categories.

My goal is to create insightful, relevant content that you can put to work in your personal and professional life. If you are in a position of leadership—or aspire to be—then this blog is for you.

I typically post two or three times a week. To make sure you don’t miss my newest posts, you can subscribe to my weekly e-mail.

My blog is built on WordPress (self-hosted). I use GetNoticed, a premium WordPress theme.

In terms of design, the body text font is Georgia. The titles and subhead fonts are Helvetica Neue.

For blog hosting, I recommend GoDaddy. Yes, the commercials you see during the Super Bowl are, well, “racy” but their customer service, dependability, and value (I didn’t say pricing) cannot be beaten. It is easy-to-use and reliable.
